Pros
During the recession Toyota kept us working when others were closing plants. They paid us even when they were suffering financial loss. That says a lot about their values. The fact that they could do this is a testament to their excellent business practices.
Cons
Because of lean staffing the physical toll that is taken is substantial. To the point of uncertainty about being able to work production a full 25 years.
