Pros
The staff is excellent and produce a fine product. Across the board. I am certain that they are under-paid and under-appreciated. Without question.
Cons
The company operates on the fringe of ethical. Publishers are encouraged to enter into bartering agreements, without any disclosure whether those transactions are properly reported to the feds. (And there is no question who would take responsibility, and who would deflect any responsibility.) There is great merit to the goals of the publications, though sales training encourages dishonest tricks to get contracts (That is, what little sales training that is offered. You are pretty much on your own: sink or swim.) Employees and contractors are "used" for what they can produce, with no reciprocal loyalty, trust or appreciation. Buyer (potential employee) beware (of the smoke and mirrors). On one day they praise you, and then kick you to the curb on the next. This review is very consistent with many other reviews you will see here, not just a single bad experience by one person.
