Pros

Honestly cannot think of any. This place is an absolute nightmare, I can't believe I lasted as long as I did (8 months).

Cons

Terrible benefits, terrible structure, low pay, no support from the highly nepotistic upper management. This was THE ghetto-est place I have ever worked. The year before I arrived, I was told that workers didn't even get Thanksgiving off (isn't that illegal?!), and that the fact we were getting Thanksgiving off was be perceived by management/HR as a great privilege. There is a regulated lunch time shift: you either have lunch at 12pm or 1pm for 1 hour. Even as a FT employee I had to clock in and out every day. It was some real Charles-Dickens era BS.

Pros

-They will hire people with little experience. I respect them for giving people opportunities as most need a job and some have the potential to succeed. -Some Managers will notice and acknowledge who are capable, good employees. They might not compliment the employees but you can tell from how they're treated (sometimes). -Pay might not be high, but take it as a position to learn, improve and figure out your abilities. -The company has a lot of potential. Their products (Twin Marquis & Chef One) are good quality, delicious, convenient and easy to prepare. Acquired by CJ Group, corporation focus on a variety of fields (Food/Foodservice, Biotech/Pharmaceutics, Shop/Logistics, Entertainment/Media and other consumer needs), there will be more improvements to fuel the success. -Managers and Caring Employees will work to the best of their abilities to support the company.

Cons

-There are judgemental, prejudice, insecure and/or jealous employees who will spread rumors, defame others and/or try to get people fired or excluded. -Unorganized work -- work is not delegated properly. A rare percentage will do more work than others and will fix or improve other work. In general, (lazy) people only work on what they're told to do and completely ignore tasks that are related to their job.
