- the seniors/supervisors of the Belgian payroll team often bully more junior staff
- the payroll software used is not really efficient/ up-to-date and it is really slow.

- Criticize people who decide to resign by saying they were not good enough instead of reconsidering they bad behaviors
- Very toxic work culture
- Say to people that they are going to get a promotion but never give it. It works by cronyism.
- Send surveys to the staff every 3 months but never apply the advises given to improve the work conditions.
- Pressure and turn-over is high
- Promote local expertise, which is less and less true...
- Very bad management
- No real collaboration
