      TMF Work culture is fine, You are given full free hand to perform. Management Respects your decisions , they appreciate you timely. Great R&R System Timely performance review Internal / External Training Timely Salary Payment Global Connectivity and other country collaborations

      Cons

      Bonus is little difficult here, since it is being computed basis Global Decision and performance. Technology is not so great, can be better

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
