      1. Flexible working 2. Open door policy

      1. Had resigned and they were successful in retaining me by giving me double salary. 2. After management change the offer was withdrawn and i was left nowwhere. 3. God was good that i could go back to the compaany and make them understand. 4. had to take a cut in my offered salary to the tune of 30% 5. This show the attitude of company towards people. They can do anything in order to save their own skin even if they have to sacrifice the resource life.

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
