Pros
Wonderful team to work with. Personable and friendly environment, where you can enjoy a good work-life balance. Though the team is small, there is plenty of room for one or two of the roles to evolve and take on responsibility.
Cons
There is not very much opportunity to evolve past certain point ie. to management, as the tem is extremely small. Some administrative roles can become repetitive, but overall the work is extremely fulfilling and interesting.
