Pros
Good for learning required skills for law. Paralegals (ONLY) are great and very supportive compared to management.
Cons
No training. Repetitive Work. Progression to trainee solicitor is not present within the FSDI team. Low Salary. Advised as entry level job however expected to know it all without being provided any training. Expected to work beyond working hours whether you have work or not. The values are not present in the FSDI team. Would not recommend this role to anyone.
