Pros

I honestly can't name any.

Cons

Management changes almost daily. You sit at whatever seat and computer are available Fights, physical fights are common, a girl threw a CHAIR at another girl behind me. You only excel here if someone higher likes you, favoritism. Inneroffice relationships were crazy, the male managers have relations with multiple female csr's at a time Incentives are purposefully impossible to make Pay sucks

Pros

Great people to work with and work for. There were Fun incentives and lots of travel. I enjoyed my time at TLK Group.

Cons

In my experience at TLK Group, I really did not have any negative experiences other than the occasional repetitiveness of my position. However, that was to be expected in my industry.
