Pros
Small company, that is expanding. Teething problems, too many balls are rolling. Everything is trial and error, processes can be changed at the last minute, without input from those active in the processes or due notice of the latest changes.
Cons
Management is old school and not approachable. A male dominated environment. Company is understaffed. Plenty new staff under training, and existing staff are too busy, and communication is lacking or slow.
