I have no cons excellent workplace

Employee advancement opportunity (if a position doesn't exist, one can be created if there is a need) I feel that the owners and management care about the employees and their happiness (we just had an ice cream and cake party and last month a bowling party) They are willing to work with you if you have an emergency Always a positive atmosphere

Work is work, your typical cons of temporary inner office drama (but it is taken care of generally pretty quickly), having to work a 9-5 job (the building opens at 8 and closes at 7 working with multiple shifts)
