      Pros

      Flexible working hours, usually a fun staff to work with. Everyone was very friendly working there and there were very few problems that arose.

      Cons

      The management at my particular TJ Maxx was poorly managed. I would work on a project rearranging the store for one manager on one day, just to completely overhaul it the next day.

      nice break room, lovely employees and supervisors so far!

      Cons

      barely any hours for anyone, corporate is shady. lied about hiring (they put out a hiring table with business cards even though our store was NOT hiring and our employees were barely getting any work) and they are anti-union
