      Pros

      There are some highly skilled people that you can learn a lot from, but they are leaving due to bad company practices.

      Cons

      The company is not doing well in the past 2years. Raises barely keep up with inflation, there are no bonuses of any kind. Management is really unstructured which leads to lots of redoing and unclear goals.
