Pros
I have worked for Timac Agro USA for over 2 years now. It has been one of the most challenging and rewarding professional experiences I have ever had. Backed by some of the most extensive R&D departments in the industry, the products are elegantly designed, innovative, and perform, as any premium product line should. It is very rewarding to be part of a growing, spirited company. The business managers are very respectable and know our industry. Top management people are trustworthy, adaptive, and business savvy.
Cons
Every company has pros and cons. Most of what I see on glassdoor can be attributed to "growing pains". Most people don't have patience for growing pains. While it seems most people I know that work for Timac love working here, there's always room for improvement. Timac is not well-known yet, so more national advertising is necessary. I hear people talk a lot about better compensation packages to attract and retain high-quality candidates. People have also mentioned a just and equitable commission structure. These are all things that I hear managment is currently addressing.
