      payed housing, food, and travel expenses for the duration of internship

      Cons

      Assigned me to a mentor who was in charge of me for the summer, but he did not know how to use an intern so I did not do anything for the majority of the summer.

      They care about their employees. They pay well and safety is their #1 priority.

      It is getting harder for craft employees to find work.

      Pros

      The money is fair. Upper management seems to genuinely care about the well being of their employees. Employs a diverse group of people.

      Cons

      Been almost 10 years exclusively with TIC and have maintained an impeccable safety record and very good record of performance and now there seems to be no work for me. There is no loyalty with TIC. My history with them seems to be exactly that. HISTORY!
