There isn't enough space to list all the cons...but the top few that come to mind: - A disconnected Senior/Executive Leadership Team - they didn't care about the rank and file - Letting "favorite" sons/daughters get away with just about anything - The LEFT leaning political BS...talk about uncomfortable - Execs in Risk and HR that had no clue what they were doing - HR NOT THERE for the employees - One particular Risk Exec who did whatever they wanted and the company turned a blind eye
