Pros
Good pay, nice campus, flexibility. They really want to continue to grow and will make the necessary changes to do so.
Cons
Systems are old , upper management does not communicate down. They rarely promote from within and look external for upper management roles. Half the company is at a director level and most of them don't have direct reports.
