Pros
Flexible working, wellness Wednesdays give you 2 hours to do as you wish, CEO knows your name and talks to you, marketing led challenger brand makes work interesting, relaxed dress code (I've seen some in shorts and flip flops in summer), competitive pay and flexible benefits (up to 20% bonus, etc), HQ next to station, nice environment and good people.
Cons
Maidenhead a bit dull, but developing, as they move towards becoming a bigger player restructures happening more frequently, could be better at promoting from within.
