Pros
This company offers a lot of opportunities to learn, but the price is high.
Cons
My experience at this company was disappointing. The job was from 9 to 6, but with an unpaid lunch break, it meant I was working 9 hours a day. Only 10 vacation days were given, which felt unreasonable. The constant pressure to reply to emails, often within minutes, created a stressful environment. Everything was CC'd to multiple people, including my manager, which added to the pressure. After six months, I finally took my first 5 days of vacation but couldn't relax, knowing I’d have to wait another 6 months for more time off. When I returned, I wasn’t paid due to an "admin issue" and was told to wait another month. This meant 8 weeks without pay after my vacation. Despite multiple attempts to get help, I was just told to wait. Ultimately, the combination of low salary, zero benefits, and overwhelming expectations led me to quit.
