      Pros

      There are no pros in working there.

      Cons

      CEO gaslight people, has to pay employees since August, keeps telling them he will have updates when he doesn't, and still wants them to work for free with the possible expectation of a positive future. Also, they canceled health insurance without telling employees. In the beginning it sounded promising, but the CEO showed he has no clue what he's doing and he either has blackmail on some employees, or some employees like to work for free.

      Pros

      The team is growing fast, you can lead your own team, Ideas are welcome, and everyone is nice (anyone that isn't helpful is weeded out quickly). A lot of self-learning on the go. A lot of opportunities to grow :)

      Cons

      The app needs more updates on the engineering side, and better communication between that specific team in order to deliver and pitch to its full potential. Of course, this is something being worked on, but it has to go hand in hand with what is being presented :)
