Pros

Co-workers are amazing and some have good industry knowledge and the leads are provided although the quality is inconsistent.

Cons

Most of the sales coaches lack product knowledge, and one of the team leads will often say he’ll get something done but never actually follows through. Your best option is to hope you’re placed under the other team or simply go directly to the other team lead for help.

No cold calling. Just answer phone and quote the client calling in. Great opportunity to make a lot of money.

Cons

PTO is not great first year but expected for sale jobs.

Pros

Good Starting Experience looking to start in this insurance industry

Cons

Management is a big issue and pay is nowhere near the standard compared to other agencies. Not the agency to be with long term if you personally care about the well-being of the client.
