This place has gone down hill fast, starting with upper management, they have no idea how to run a freight company. They will write you up & harass you for everything that you do on a daily basis, and fire you!! Upper mgt also like to flex there power just because they know you can’t do anything!!! the management will always have it out for the drivers. The morale in every terminal has sunken to its lowest point ever… they do have good benefits and pay overtime and normally ever driver and dock workers get along. If your new coming in under the contract you won’t get paid the same amount as the older workers that’s been here, also they will put you on call/layoff when it get slow…
