Nursing - Nurse TFP Fertility Employee Review

Very difficult to think of any, especially as all the nicest colleagues have recently left. The consultants are decent.

Watching decent members of staff essentially be bullied at work has been difficult. To witness members of staff leave or become ill due to the behaviour of management has been upsetting and unsettling (and it has been plain to see that management have been at fault every time). All the company cares about is money and not the patients. It is being run as a call centre and staff are even timed for breaks and when they go to the bathroom. Whereas management have smoke breaks every half an hour and leave the office for the day at lunchtime. There are zero benefits for staff and the turnover is high for a reason. HR are completely unapproachable.

Struggling to think of anything to be completely honest.

Toxic atmosphere and micro managed. Some of the team are completely unproffesional. Couldn't even get a drink or go to the toilet without being called out or moaned about, but management and team leads can dissappear for significant anounts of time, sometimes even leaves the office completely for personal life events. Whispering and discussion of others work indirectly to make them uncomfortable. Management leave early and leave the rest of the team to pick up the workload. Theres no progression unless you fill out workbooks which are completely insulting. Have to prove you can do the simplest of tasks like sending post. Delegation of tasks from management. Would absolutely not advise to work here. Completely understand why many previous staff members have quit or walked out from this role.
