Most workers at office are friendly and provide a good office environment which promotes openness and communication among Employees. Company attempts to convey a work environment which promotes respect and rewarding accomplishments for it's employees.
Cons
Company has an underlying local/hometown mentality which effects its business decisions. Finance department in constant audit status from home company due to former indiscretions of company founder. Company finance department hides personal wiithdrawels/expenditures of high level employees and misrepresents inventory value through intricate accounting practices. T/E for company managers grossly misrepresented for a few high level employees. Company accounting manager has intimidated/,manipulated staff to hide expeditures for outside sources. CEO drives Porsche car under company name but uses a different name to hide from employees.
