      Really talented sales engineers who know their stuff

      Cons

      Management and ownership who simply do not know what do do. They let the talented partner leave and his new company is growing quickly and successfully while TFE continues to take on water.

      Pros

      THE CULTURE! This is a small town that tends to have very close minded people (hence the review above). The culture at TFE is progressive and ever evolving, much like the industry it represents. In addition to a great work environment, the pay aligns with the other offices that are located in Dallas and Austin; which surpasses the standard salary folks in Waco like to offer. One of my favorite things about the company is how they encourage you to think outside the box and reward you for your positive contributions.

      Cons

      When you start you only get one week of PTO, however it rolls over so I don't know if that could really be a con.

      Pros

      Runs smoothly when the owner is not involved in the day to day.

      Cons

      Poor leadership from the owner who is not equipped to be a leader. The lack in leadership makes it a difficult work environment.
