      Pros

      Great team, everyone is friendly and work well with one another.

      Cons

      The lack of directions and processes from Top Management makes the job difficult. The CEO does not care AT ALL about her employees even though her office is just upstairs. I have been in the company for almost a year and she doesn't know who I am. And we are approximately 30 in the building.

      Pros

      Employee freedom to make decisions (small) and fast pace of work (less levels/ bureaucracy)

      Cons

      Poor remuneration/ employee benefit minimal/ no bonus/ no employee recognition/ no opportunity for growth as quite a small company. Workplace bullying but lacking HR support- no HR education for what is workplace bullying.
