The only pro for this place of employment is the benefits. Nothing more and nothing less.
Cons
Everything about Tempoe is horrible. Management, employees, to the customer base. If you are not American you get to do what you want and make the schedule you want same with your sexual orientation. The management is absolutely disgusting. The managers do as they please but god forbid you are late to work by 5 minutes, your day is over with. This company will not last long. You are forever promised a raise and a promotion which does not ever happen.
