Pros
Work-life balance is second to none. On a peer level intelligent people that work well together with tolerance and respect.
Cons
1. Mechanism for project work accounting does not take into account time allocations to maintain key systems and therefore less acknowledgement & rewards for the doers. 2. The talkers get promoted, the doers get little or now acknowledgement. Your worth is based on how "filled-up" your meeting schedules (talkers win): people therefore focus on appearing busy. 3. Do not properly evaluate a project's worth to the company bottom line before engaging.
