Pros
All the things that were once such positives have been crippled by the lack of tasks and unreliability. Having started working the position when it was still under LionBridge, I have never seen any issues anywhere near as bad as have been occurring at any point in the last 6 or so months. Seeming to get better for perhaps half a month or so in February to having gotten way worse for weeks where you can't even get the supposed minimum amount of hours available. With many of these weeks offering additional hours in emails or even bonuses for hitting certain hours but it being nigh on impossible to attain those hours given the lack of tasks. I used to love sending this job to my friends. Why would I want to put them through it now?
Cons
Offering extra hours, offering bonuses, hiring new people -- doing speed hiring events?!?! when there aren't enough tasks to keep the people that have been working with you for years at a reasonable amount of time, and several weeks not even the minimum amount of hours is insulting. And to be told no allowance of time for the act of attempting to get tasks, but then if you don't spend several minutes to hours throughout the week to even day refreshing you're not going to get any work at all. The way the new review system is set up you feel like you get no actual reasoning why a result might be marked differently. And given the new guideline changes for NM contradicting reviews that have made no sense both in what people are going to actually want to see as well as in the feedback itself.
