Cons
Since I started (formally TELUS Health, transitioned to TELUS International), all benefits have been steadily declining: - insurance plan offers less coverage for the same cost - They took away our yearly bonus of 5% this year - Poor raises during a tough economic situation (inflation was at 8% and I only received a 3.5% raise last year) - No more office meetups - Employee points (called Bravo points) are much more scarce - Severe increase in Micro-management - Agressive outsourcing - Flex schedules (every 2 weeks a different schedule)
