Horrible Experience- possible SCAM - AI data collection TELUS Digital Employee Review

They get you to do the work, reject it for false reasons, then don’t pay you. Seems like a scam to me. They have very poor communication and change project guidelines mid project, send you an email with the updated guidelines different from the ones they originally sent, and then expect you to re-do the work according to the new guidelines. If you don’t, you won’t be paid. Their review team also rejected projects multiple times for inaccurate reasons and told me I had to redo them even though they were correct. I had to follow up multiple times to finally get the rejections dropped because they finally got to a person who could see they were incorrect. Complete waste of my time. I’m not sure if they have some sort of AI doing the project reviews or just very incompetent people but either way it is extremely unprofessional, aggravating and inaccurate and the work from home projects seem to be a scam operation.
