Pros
Variety of opportunities in most major markets. Huge army of recruiters with decent penetration into big companies. Decent rates if with right client. Pretty good HR support, contact with account manager, recruiters, etc.
Cons
No PTO as a contractor. Very expensive benefits package - not great coverage. Hard to provide good family benefits on this plan.
