Pros
-Decent basic sales training -Some leaders can be people you look up to for a lifetime -Meet and develop friendships -Potential to make good income if you're handed a good territory
Cons
-NO inclusion and diversity even though they claim it (all of the I&D leaders are just pawns of leadership) and just take a look at their c-levels to show you what their I&D truly looks like -They have more selfish leaders than those who look out for their team which creates selfish employees -Boys club/ "in-crowd" (if you have an opinion against the "majority or company belief" be prepared to be overlooked for leadership opportunities -They are super risk-adversed which means they're not advanced in tech services or internally even though they try to sell their clients on it and puts the sales people in tough situations -No work/life balance - if you want to make over 6 digits, be prepared to not have a life (tech companies pay more for more balance and sanity)
