Pros
If you're a young, twenty-something that likes to drink and truly embody the work-hard, play-hard mentality, it's not the worst place to work. Good experience cold-calling and builds character (you'll deal with lots of rejection). If you get to go to the annual sales meeting, you can go to some pretty cool places on the company's dollar.
Cons
Expectation is a 50 hour minimum work-week. Be prepared for micro-managing, cold-calling, feeling like a used-car salesman, and constantly feeling beat-down. Even when I hit 10k in spread, it did't feel like it was "good enough." Constant fear of waiting for the "other shoe to drop" and for your spread to fall off (i.e. your commission pay-outs). Stressful, turn-and-burn environment. Not a niche company industry so you're not only competing internally, but with every other firm in town. VERY saturated market. Not a company I felt proud working out.
