They attempt to position themselves as more than they are. While that might be aspirational, as a consultant, that was frustrating. It’s truly just a body shop, and the company I was placed with viewed them much the same way. They provided nothing of value to me from an employment side, other than a paycheck. In fact, their additional layer of “management” on top of the client management was truly irritating. I got contradictory information and was reminded that I was a contractor, not an employee of the client.
Their benefits are non-existent. I could get better coverage for significantly cheaper on Obamacare.
I would not recommend.
