Pros
Fast growing company with many new positions added in the last two years, and many more projected for the future. The office has an easy-going, casual atmosphere. Hours are somewhat flexible, as long as the work is getting done. Most office positions are salaried.
Cons
Health benefits are not great, and employees pay 1/4 of the premiums themselves. New hires are mostly fresh out of college, with little or no work experience. The average age of employees is below 30. Very few of the dedicated, long-term people are still there, with management having found some creative way to get rid of them.
