Pros
Access to worldclass speakers. Hands on Learning Small Team, more like family than colleagues Working here for 2+ years made me build a strong and powerful network. I have seen my managers introduce us to oscar winners and nobel laureates. I have met numerous TED speakers. And change makers. I was in a finance background. And this opportunity completely changed my path. Today, I work with administrators. And my learning here was amazing. I only wish I could take this as a career going further! I miss my time in between all the hustle bustle. We were truly changing lives! I miss that! I have recommened 3 other from my network to work here. I feel they will learn things and grow just like I did.
Cons
The content team in 2020 had a few toxic individuals who created such a negative environment - It lead to them being thrown out for creating fights more than work. We can argue about the pay here vs. other media houses. But they work on budgets and are national. I know I signed up on an internship (paid) - every intern was paid then. 8000-11000 for a 21-22 year old intern from college for learning at the job was good when I joined. But lately, many interns come and demand hirer salaries compared to seasoned managers. My manager was with the organization for 3+ years. All of us will fondly remember her and her teachings. But, its sad that she had to face a bunch of bad juniors who spoiled the environment without any work or calibre.
