Pros
Fast-paced work environment. Lot's of different things to work on. Opportunities to learn and improve, network with senior-level members of numerous companies.
Cons
The management of the company is spotty at best. The turnover rate is atrocious (when I left, I was one of two people that had been there for more than 6 months.) The CEO of the company works closely with the team, and has a tendency to micro-manage and constantly change policies/expectations. There were never any real, solid expectations so it was basically just a consistent marathon of trying to keep up with changes, moods, and random trends.
It was practically a 24/7 job. You could expect calls or texts from the CEO or clients during late nights or weekends.
