Pros
The work environment is great. The management team cares about its employees. This is easy to see in how they accommodate and/or flex to help meet family needs. I will also say that the environment has been vastly improved since certain individuals have been dismissed from the team. It is clear now how toxic some of those people where to the overall team....needless to say it is a lot better now. And it also shows how committed they are to their employees if they put up with certain habits for so long and gave chances for improvement. Lots of opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally, within the company. They have established training programs and are always implementing top of the line technology. Love the 9/80 work week, every other Friday off.
Cons
Not really a con, but anyone expecting this job to be one which you can sit around and have things handed to you is crazy. This is a consulting and systems integration business, and they are constantly striving to be more efficient and more effective for their customers. The better an employee becomes at being effective and efficient, the more rewards you receive. You cannot sit and hide in a cubicle or office, you will be expected to perform and be in front of customers delivering services with high quality customer service. It is a smaller company as well, so you can expect to where multiple hats on some jobs. Negative to some, bonus to others.
