Pros
Pay is good, quick to get things done and being proactive is generally rewarded. Many top leaders are caring and do a good job.
Cons
Issues mostly come from leaders not being concerned with degrading comments and negativity. Few truly toxic troublemakers across org made significant performance loses but majority of good folks due to fear and lack trust created by negativity. Example 1 Several negative folks made comments that their behavior would get them fired at other companies but due to their performance they could do away with anything. I haven't heard as many degrading comments since middle school. Example 2 Leader bragged about making others cry which was cheered by others. Pay is good, though other benefits are very poor Vision is not clear and culture not unified, very siloed
