leadership is brutal. no recognition for a job well done. looking for opportunities to get rid of older workers. Start looking for another job while you can. You can work a million hours and it doesn't matter.And you will need to since it is common to be pulled in on a vareity of projects to the point that your main job is neglected. That will need to be done on your own time since not getting it done is not tolerated. HR is poor and policies are vague. Basic information is not available and open for managements interpretation.
