Cons
In constant cost cutting mode- cut budgets and personnel based on $- not knowledge base or skill set. Always hearing they make too much- hire someone new Tough to be told you need to rate 20% of your people as poor performers- with all of the layoffs- only have key personnel left. Belief is to just train someone new to do the job, not realizing it takes years to get the knowledge level from a new person.
