      Size and diversified product base make it a fairly stable company. Lots of opportunities for a person willing to put in the effort.

      Cons

      Tons of bureaucracy. Vision of top management gets lost in translation. Process tends to get in the way.

      Pay / some colleagues. Stock, 401k match

      Cons

      The Lickdale plant has been cursed with some of the worst management imaginable. They talk about accountability alot, but not for them. They enjoy blaming people for their mess. Place is very toxic, stay away and thank me later
