Pros
I have managed to work with some truly brilliant engineers and operations teams at the site level across the country and abroad. Very lean organization and you will learn alot.
Cons
1. Very political and management is very cliquish. If you are not an up and coming manager, you will be seen as dead weight and quickly managed out. 2. California is not part of their long term strategy. 3. You will work long hours and sacrifice time with your family, only to find there is once again another round of layoffs.
