Cons
Coming to Cons, I believe this space will be less to describe the company culture. Full of politics, the HR team is the worst and they are literally good for nothing here. The top managements does not exists it is typically a company run by biased people who are just filling their pockets. Very bad in pay as compared to market standards. No motivation to work hard because your performance depends on how good you can lick the boots. All team it works on the mood of one single person and with recent changes it has become even worse. In and all a worst company to work for. Please do not join take this as a genuine feedback and no exaggeration or outburst of any anger. The company is just running but no leader who to run it.
