Poor management, think more of a dictatorship Discrimination is overlooked and brushed under the rug Production production production Safety safety safety No one cares about anything else HR works for the company, not the employee Do as you're told - you're in your managers office for doing it wrong Do as you're not told - you're in your managers office for going behind their back 1:1's exist to check a box, are not documented, usually get a "you're doing great, keep it up!" but when year end reviews come around, you're "unable to meet expectations due to poor performance" and you can't question or fight it. Stay FAR away from this place.
