Pros
Gained many friends. Talented team members.
Cons
This company is riddled full of old drift wood that just collect checks and sit back while the newer employees are introduced to the ESOP cult to line there pockets with money. Why do people "partners" buy into this ESOP cult???? Answer: The majority of the company is skilled labor and not that savy when it comes to long term investing. So when you have these Old Timers preaching to you about owning part of the company, these skilled labor folks take the bait. Don't get me wrong, it was a good idea at one time. Maybe when the shares were $30-$50 a share, but there goal $220 a share @ 2020 is ridiculous. Any investor would tell you to run for the hills! Put your money in the 401k not the ESOP. Get the old timers out and bring in the new. Also, If you cross someone in upper management or someone in the "Good Old Boy System", your days are numbered.
