Pros
The company is fantastic, the values are very good. They co. want to make every effort to put the customer needs first. They want us to have the support we need to feel valued and happy at work so we can pass it on to the customers. They really want to be Americas most convenient bank. They encourage us, support us, teach us, and really tell us when were are doing a good job, when it is notice above a branch level.
Cons
It depends on the branch. In my branch. The managers schedule hours for them. We get the months schedule one week into the month. We are suppose to get it one month ahead. But no, which means we have no lives because we can never make plans. we always get the crappy hours so the managers can work there 8- 5 hours with no weekends. they work salaries so they NEVER work more than 40 hours and if they do that means they will be leaving early the following week to make up for it. They never want to work the teller lines and sometimes don't even want to open accounts. the phones will ring on and on because they are always "busy" doing serious stuff. the minute any higher ups come in they are sweet and nice to us. The customers never wait, etc, etc. If we go to the store manager about scheduling issues she always says she doesn't do the schedule, take it up with the asst. manager. staff is always miserable and the customers close accounts on a daily basis as a result. we always have long lines because not enough help at the teller line. The asst manager is just mean and should not be working customer service. she is only nice when it is good for her. She is mean to all of us. We get surverys from big management to do and if we are honest we have to do a meeting and we get in trouble even if they don't know who they figure it out. Its just a job and if you don't keep your mosth quiet then if you try to apply to go for another job, they won't recommend you and you won't get it.
