      Dominant player in the financial industry with lots of variability in where you could work and what you could be doing

      Cons

      Recent move to hiring a whole lot of junior executives and short changing those working the trenches. Plus instead of hiring internally, there is strong preference to higher externally creating this glass ceiling for anyone internal even though they tout being supporting and building talent
