Pros
- Decent starting pay for my area at $22/hr - Standard benefits package; health/dental/vision and 401k - Banker hours. No late nights. Closed Sundays. Around 10 paid federal holidays.
Cons
- Lots of PTO hours, but can be difficult to actually get days off approved since staffing is low and often can't have more than one off at a time - Advancement opportunity/career development is nonexistent unless you're one of the favorites - Management often just tells you to "look it up on RetailOne" or "call back office" - Lots of pressure to earn SR and meet goals, bonus and raises based on meeting your goal and if you don't exceed way above the goal, you get a pittance: An annual bonus that's less than a bi-weekly paycheck and less than $1/hr raise. Insulting and not motivating at all. There's no real incentive to try, other than to not be "coached". - Woke politics. DEI. - Lots of recent bad press regarding AML failures.
